Equipment Crew request
Parents, we are in need of an equipment crew to help Dave Beckenbaugh, our Equipment Boss. This job involves loading the percussion equipment and other large instruments on the equipment bus before each game, traveling to the game to assist with unloading equipment and setting up the percussion pit area prior to half-time, and unloading equipment at school after the games. If we can get enough volunteers, we can have two crews who alternate weeks. Please reply to this email or contact Dave directly at dadonat@msn.com if you can help with this very important job!

Equipment Volunteers!!

Mr. Henderson has selected (or sentenced) me to be the Loading Crew Chief for the 2010 Marching Band. I need parents to help me. Basically I need 2-4 dads or moms to help me load the equipment bus before each football game and unload when we get back to Dunwoody. We load and leave at different times depending on whether it’s a home or away game and usually the schedule is posted on the band website, http://www.dunwoodybands.org. The first game is on August 28th at 6:00PM at Lakewood Stadium. We will load the truck at 4:00PM. The rest of the game dates are on the website and times will be updated as needed. Please email Patty Yost if and when you can help.
