Important Information for Symphonic Band – Please Read!
· Our Festival performance date and time have been changed to Friday, March 11 at 6:50 p.m. Students will stay after school and take buses together to Stephenson High School. Concessions will be available for sale after their performance, but students may want to bring a snack to have after school.
· The following rehearsals have been scheduled for this week:
§ Clarinet Sectional, Wednesday, 2/16, from 3:15 pm – 4:15 pm
§ Full Band Rehearsal, Thursday, 2/17 from 7 pm – 9 pm
· GUYS: To hold costs down for the concert wear, we have decided not to purchase tuxedo shirts. If you do not already own one, we have some in stock from last year that we will sell for $10 each. These shirts have been worn once and have been laundered. See the attached list of sizes we have on hand. If you want one of these shirts, please email Patty Yost – we’ll sell them on a first-come, first-served basis. If you provide your own shirt, it should be white, pleated front, with wing collar. We will provide black bow ties and cummerbunds.
